Biography

Sarah Davis graduated from California Western School of Law with magna cum laude honors (top 6%). During law school, she interned at a pro-bono clinic, worked at a civil defense firm, as well as various plaintiff employment law firms. She also externed for the Honorable Anthony Battaglia in the United Stated District Court for the Southern District of California. Sarah set the curve in various classes, was a finalist in an oral argument competition, served as an Associate Editor on Law Review, was a chair on CWSL’s Diversity Steering Committee, and was a Kennedy Scholar (most prestigious scholarship for incoming law students).

Before law school, Sarah studied Sociology at the University of California, San Diego, where she graduated summa cum laude. Her sociological background is what drove her to attend law school and represent clients whose voices in the community are frequently unjustly silenced. In her free time, she likes to spend time at the beach with her rescue dog, Ash, thrift shop, go to the gym, attend concerts, and eat chocolate ice cream.
