Biography
Jordan Diamond currently serves as a Civil Litigation Associate at Employee Justice Legal Group, where they advocate for workers in employment disputes, drawing on both litigation experience and a deep commitment to equity in the workplace.
Jordan is a 2024 graduate of the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where they earned a J.D. with a Concentration in Work Law, focusing on labor and employment law. During law school, Jordan’s scholarship centered on Title VII sex discrimination, particularly examining how legal frameworks impact transgender and non-binary individuals in the workplace.
Prior to joining the firm, Jordan gained hands-on experience as a summer law clerk at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP, contributing to complex employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions. During their final year of law school, they also served as a law clerk at Feinberg Jackson Worthman & Wasow LLP, where they worked on union-side litigation, policy research, and worker advocacy efforts.
Before entering the legal field, Jordan earned a B.F.A. in Costume Design from the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) in 2017. As a designer, Jordan explored how character psychology, along with political, social, and economic forces, shapes clothing and identity—an analytical lens they now bring to understanding the legal structures that impact workers’ lives.
Jordan blends creative insight with rigorous legal training to help clients navigate complex employment issues and seek justice through the legal system.
