Biography
Justin is a zealous litigator on behalf of working people. His practice focuses on wage and hour law class action and Private Attorney General Act litigation, as well as Fair Employment and Housing Act class litigitation. Prior to joining Employee Justice Legal Group, Jusitn was a partner in small firm practicing employment law. Justin has also worked as a supervising attorney at a workers' center representing workers and unions in various disputes, additionally Justin has worked in mass tort litigation representing victims of fire.
Justin believes class and representative litigation serves an essential function of maintaining minimal standards of employment terms and the rights of working people.
