Biography
Ms. Panosian is a Civil Litigation Partner at EJLG who supervises a team of junior attorneys. She handles all aspects of litigation, including trials and appeals. She has been litigating in the field of labor and employment since becoming an attorney in 2016, and has successfully resolved over 200 cases either through settlement or trial. Ms. Panosian secures favorable settlements for many of her clients, including a recent $2.5 million settlement in a single-Plaintiff case.
Ms. Panosian has been selected as a Rising Star through Super Lawyers for 2020 – 2023 for employment law. Rising Stars is an exclusive list of top-rated attorneys in specific practice areas who were chosen after thorough evaluation of numerous criteria. She was also listed in Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch, 2024, for which she was selected by her peers. Lawyers recognized by their peers as Ones to Watch represent less than 1% of practicing lawyers in the United States.
Prior to working at EJLG, Ms. Panosian graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a B.A. in Political Science and Rhetoric as a double major, and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She graduated with High Honors in general scholarship, honors in Rhetoric, and highest honors in Political Science. Ms. Panosian then attended the University of California, Irvine School of Law, and received her J.D. with high pro bono honors. In law school, she represented plaintiffs as a certified law student in property, housing, and habitability disputes. Her passion for employment law began in law school, where she was a certified law student for the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and conducted investigations for complainants.
Ms. Panosian is honored to help those individuals in our society who have been wronged by their employers based upon their age, ancestry, disability, gender, gender identity, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected class. She is admitted to practice in all state courts in California, the United States District Courts of California (Central), and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
