Michael Sherr Walker

I obtained a B.A. in English Literature from Pennsylvania State University in 2009, a Masters Degree in the Humanities from the University of Chicago in 2013, and a J.D. from the University of California, Irvine, School of Law in 2019. From 2019 to 2024, I worked as an Associate Attorney at Perona, Langer, Beck and Harrison, and joined Employee Justice Legal Group in 2025. Throughout my career, I have only performed Plaintiff’s-side employment law, with a specialty in discrimination and retaliation causes of action. My passion lies in helping my clients battle for justice against their corporate employers who so often skirt the law for their own financial benefit.
